My WHY… Not only did hospice give us precious time with our mom and grandmothers, it helped me realize my true calling in hospice nursing. Participating in the walk and raising funds for Hospice is a way to honor their memory. The care that was provided to my mom during her final days was truly above and beyond. From the nurses to the aides,chaplains, social workers and volunteers Their kindness and compassion will never be forgotten. I now am lucky enough to be part of the Care Dimensions Team giving back doing what I was truly meant to be doing. Thank you everyone for all your support!
