This will be my 10th year supporting this event and raising money for Snow City Arts. I'll be moving 30 mins a day/5 days a week for the month of June to support not only my wellness, but the mission of Snow City Arts. This organization inspires and educates children and youth in Chicago hospitals through the arts. Making art with a Snow City Arts teaching artist is an interesting, creative, engaging break from the reality of being ill and in the hospital. The hospital room becomes an artist studio or a film set or recording studio, where students create new works and learn about technique, art theory and art history.
