Please help me raise funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Southern Adirondacks
We are back at it for 2024, and we hope that you can once again support our fundraising efforts on behalf of BBBSSADK. TJ, our most recent Little Brother, is 21 and currently serving on our southern border with the NY Army National Guard. We mentored TJ as a couple from age 10 to 18, when he aged out of the program. We are so proud of the young man and soldier he has become. Our 11-year relationship continues to grow, and we can't wait to see what the future holds in store for TJ. Our experience with TJ and BBBSSADK is not unique. Your generosity supports mentoring relationships that can last for years and years.
BOWL FOR KIDS' SAKE 2024
GF Kiwanis Pro-Am
Our team, GF Kiwanis Pro-Am, is primarily comprised of club members, friends and family who are unskilled recreational bowlers. We do have a few ringers to make our competition with Rotary interesting. but it's really all about raising money and having fun! Over the past 14 years, GF Kiwanis Pro-Am has raised over $78,000 for BBBSSADK. "Serving the Children of the World" is the Kiwanis motto, and supporting Bowl for Kids' Sake exemplifies that spirit. BBBSSADK provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported mentoring relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.
