Rules for the HHC Adventure Raffle 2026
Raffle Dates & Drawing
1. Ticket sales for the HHC Adventure Raffle will begin on August 2, 2026, and continue through 6:00 p.m. EDT on September 30, 2026, or until all 1,000 raffle tickets have been sold, whichever occurs first. Once ticket sales have ended, no additional tickets will be sold.
2. The HHC Adventure Raffle drawing will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026. The drawing will take place live on WATA Radio, will be recorded, and will be conducted using all eligible entries received during the ticket sales period, unless postponed or canceled in accordance with these rules. The decisions of the Hunger and Health Coalition regarding the administration of the HHC Adventure Raffle and the determination of winners shall be final.
3. HHC reserves the right to postpone the HHC Adventure Raffle due to unforeseen circumstances or as otherwise necessary. If the drawing is postponed, registered ticket holders will be notified by email, and a notice will be posted on the Hunger and Health Coalition website.
4. HHC reserves the right to cancel the HHC Adventure Raffle if fewer than 500 raffle tickets are sold or due to unforeseen circumstances that make conducting the raffle impracticable. If the raffle is canceled, ticket purchasers may elect to treat the purchase price as a charitable donation to HHC or receive a full refund.
Eligibility
5. Individuals must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a raffle ticket and claim a prize. Some travel suppliers may require the winner or their traveling companion to meet additional age requirements. Compliance with all travel supplier requirements is the responsibility of the winner.
6. Each raffle ticket may be registered to only one individual. If multiple names are entered on a ticket, only the first name listed will be considered the registered ticket holder and will be eligible to claim any prize associated with that ticket.
7. Employees of the Hunger and Health Coalition and their immediate family members (defined as individuals residing in the same household) are not eligible to purchase raffle tickets or win prizes.
Owners and independent contractors of Magic Bound Travel and their immediate family members (defined as individuals residing in the same household) are not eligible to purchase raffle tickets or win prizes.
Ticket Sales
8. No more than 1,000 raffle tickets will be sold.
9. Raffle tickets must be purchased through the official Hunger and Health Coalition online raffle ticketing platform.
10. Upon successful purchase, the purchaser will receive a confirmation email that serves as the official raffle ticket. The confirmation email will include the ticket's unique identifying number, which must be presented when claiming a prize. Tickets are valid only after payment has been successfully processed and received by HHC. Any ticket for which payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise not received by HHC shall be void.
11. All raffle ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as provided in Rule 4 if the HHC Adventure Raffle is canceled. HHC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct administrative, processing, or technical errors, including issuing refunds for duplicate or erroneous transactions.
Drawing Procedures
12. Each raffle ticket purchased constitutes one (1) entry into the HHC Adventure Raffle. Each entry will be assigned a unique identifying number associated with the registered ticket holder.
13. All eligible entries will be placed into a raffle drum for the drawing. Two drawings will be held. The Second Prize will be drawn first, followed by the Grand Prize. Once an entry has been selected as a winner, it will not be returned to the raffle drum. Each entry is eligible to win only one prize.
14. A participant who purchases multiple raffle tickets may win more than one prize, provided each winning entry is associated with a different raffle ticket.
15. Winners need not be present to win.

The prize is intended to provide the winner with the full advertised travel value of up to $11,000, subject to these Official Rules.
The winner may contribute personal funds to upgrade accommodations, select a higher-priced itinerary or stateroom category, extend the vacation, add additional travelers, or purchase other travel arrangements. Any expenses exceeding the advertised prize value are the sole responsibility of the winner.
All travel is subject to these Official Rules and the terms, conditions, policies, and availability of the selected travel supplier.
17. Second Prize – Alaska Balcony Cruise for Two
The Second Prize consists of an Alaska Balcony Cruise for Two aboard Royal Caribbean, with an advertised prize value of $3,717, booked exclusively through Magic Bound Travel. The advertised prize value is based on a six (6)- to eight (8)-night cruise for two.

Available itineraries may be viewed on the Royal Caribbean website. Not all itineraries, sailing dates, ships, or stateroom categories will qualify within the advertised prize value.
The Second Prize includes cruise fare for two, applicable port fees and taxes, and standard recommended gratuities. Airfare, hotel accommodations, transfers, travel insurance, upgrades, itinerary extensions, additional travelers, and all other travel expenses not specifically included in this prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.
This prize is not valid for sailings during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's, is not valid aboard Royal Caribbean Icon Class ships, and is subject to additional blackout dates, supplier restrictions, and availability.
All travel is subject to these Official Rules and the terms, conditions, policies, and availability of the selected travel supplier.
18. If the HHC Adventure Raffle is held, all advertised prizes will be awarded. If an advertised prize or any portion of a prize becomes unavailable due to changes in supplier offerings, discontinued itineraries, or circumstances beyond the control of the Hunger and Health Coalition, HHC reserves the right to substitute a comparable travel experience of equal or greater value. All travel is subject to supplier availability at the time of booking.
19. All travel prizes will be booked exclusively through Magic Bound Travel. Magic Bound Travel will begin coordinating travel arrangements after all required identification, tax documentation, and applicable withholding payments have been received by HHC.
Claiming Prizes
20. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of a prize. HHC will comply with all applicable IRS reporting and withholding requirements.
If the Grand Prize winner elects to accept the travel prize described in Rule 16, any required federal tax withholding must be paid to HHC before the prize is awarded or travel arrangements are confirmed. The required withholding payment must be received by HHC no later than November 30, 2026. Winners may submit the required withholding payment at any time after claiming the prize if they wish to begin the booking process earlier.
If the Grand Prize winner elects to receive the cash option in lieu of the vacation package, all applicable federal, state, and local taxes remain the responsibility of the winner. Any tax withholding required by law may be deducted from the cash payment before distribution.
All prize winners must complete all required tax forms and provide valid government-issued identification and a Social Security number or other taxpayer identification number, as required by law, no later than November 30, 2026. Failure to provide the required documentation or payments by this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize in accordance with these Official Rules.
21. Only the registered ticket holder whose name appears on the winning entry may claim the applicable prize. The unique identifying number from the confirmation email must be presented when claiming a prize.
22. After claiming the prize and satisfying all applicable tax and documentation requirements, the winner may gift the prize to another individual. The original winner remains responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the prize. The recipient must meet all eligibility requirements established by the applicable travel supplier, including passport requirements, and must satisfy all applicable deadlines established in these Official Rules. The prize may be gifted but may not be sold, auctioned, or otherwise transferred for value.
23. The winner and any traveling companion are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport, if required for the selected itinerary. Magic Bound Travel must receive verification of a valid passport or a passport application for each traveler no later than December 11, 2026, or before travel is booked, whichever occurs first.
The winner and any traveling companion are responsible for meeting all eligibility requirements of the selected travel supplier, including age, identification, passport, visa (if applicable), and any other travel requirements. Neither the Hunger and Health Coalition nor Magic Bound Travel is responsible if the winner or traveling companion is unable to travel because these requirements are not met.
24. Prize winners may elect, for any reason, to forgo the travel prize and instead receive a cash payment equal to 50% of the advertised prize value. For purposes of these Official Rules, the advertised prize value is the value stated in the official prize description. Any applicable federal, state, and local taxes remain the responsibility of the winner. Any tax withholding required by law may be deducted from the cash payment before distribution.
Travel Conditions
25. All travel prizes are subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and availability of the selected travel supplier. Neither the Hunger and Health Coalition nor Magic Bound Travel has the authority to waive, modify, or override the policies or requirements of any travel supplier.
26. Neither the Hunger and Health Coalition nor Magic Bound Travel shall be responsible for cancellations, delays, schedule changes, itinerary changes, weather events, labor disputes, mechanical failures, acts of God, governmental actions, or any other circumstances affecting travel that are beyond their reasonable control.
