AFLV has partnered with the NPCF to create fashion shows across the nation and raise funds for pediatric cancer. Create your own fashion show on campus and work as a team to make a magical event celebrating children battling cancer. Fashion shows are great team building events designed to generate excitement and involvement throughout the college community. NPCF can provide resources to help maximize your efforts.

Why is this important?

• Cancer is the #1 cause of death by disease among children.
• 43 children per day are expected to be diagnosed with cancer.

• Only 4% of the billions of dollars that are annually spent on cancer research and treatments are directed towards treating childhood cancer.
• 60% of children who survive suffer devastating late effects such as secondary cancers, muscular difficulties and infertility.
