I want to fundraise for Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children because I believe every child deserves the best possible medical care, especially when they are sick or facing a difficult health challenge. As a student, I know that I am fortunate to be able to go to school, play sports, spend time with my family and friends, and enjoy many opportunities every day. Some children have to spend a lot of their time in hospitals receiving treatment, and I would like to do something meaningful to support them and their families.

Nemours is especially important to me because it serves children and families in our local community. Fundraising is a way for me to give back and help support the doctors, nurses, treatments, research, and programs that make a difference in children’s lives. I also want this project to teach me more about helping others, taking responsibility, and bringing people together for a good cause. Even if my contribution is only one part of a much larger effort, I hope the money I raise can help make a child’s experience a little easier and give families additional hope and support.
