About AIDSWALK

AIDSWALK Tucson is a fun, vibrant, and meaningful tradition that has become one of Tucson’s most beloved community events. If you’ve never experienced AIDSWALK, we highly encourage you to join us this year on Saturday, December 6, 2025!

AIDSWALK is a family- and pet-friendly walking fundraiser dedicated to raising awareness and support for people living with or affected by HIV and AIDS. All funds raised directly benefit the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation (SAAF), which provides compassionate care and vital services to nearly 1,700 individuals living with HIV each year, while also delivering prevention education to more than 17,000 people at elevated risk for infection.

At AIDSWALK, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about HIV, honor and remember those we’ve lost, and celebrate the strength and resilience of those living and thriving with HIV today. With music, activities, and community spirit, it’s a day of remembrance, celebration, and action.

This year’s AIDSWALK falls just days after World AIDS Day—observed globally every year on December 1st. World AIDS Day is a time to reflect on the impact of HIV and AIDS in our communities and around the world. It’s a day to honor lives lost, support those affected, and recommit ourselves to education, advocacy, and ending the stigma surrounding HIV. AIDSWALK Tucson will build on that spirit—bringing our local community together in solidarity and hope.

This year marks the 37th anniversary of AIDSWALK in Tucson — a chance to reflect on the progress we’ve made in lowering infection rates and fighting stigma, while recommitting ourselves to the work still ahead.

Come walk with us. Every step makes a difference.
