American Express Charitable Fund Gift Matching Program
Employees who have been with AmEx for over twelve months and donate $25 or more can have their gift matched. Do NOT batch donations! Only donations from your personal funds. Once I receive the Square match request, I will confirm the match to the event site within 24 hours.
If you donated directly on the Square: Please forward your Square confirmation email to Stephanie Zlotnick, szlotnick@jany.org.
STEP 1. Donate $25 or more on https://secure.qgiv.com/event/amexjany2019/donate. Make sure you fill out the match field when making your donation!
STEP 2. Apply for the match on the Square - YOUR GIFT WILL NOT BE MATCHED IF YOU DO NOT TAKE THE TIME TO APPLY INTERNALLY WITH AMERICAN EXPRESS. JUST MAKING A DONATION ON THIS WEBSITE WILL NOT GET YOUR GIFT MATCHED.

- Please go to the following link on the Square: https://square.americanexpress.com/docs/DOC-4468
- Click “Match Your Gift Now”, login with your ADS password and login, then click “GIFT MATCHING”
- Under ‘Charity Name’ Enter “Junior Achievement of New York”, then click Submit next to ‘Junior Achievement of New York’
- Under the ‘Gift Matching Request Form’ choose “Register your Gift (I’ve already made my donation to the charity”
- Under item 2 enter the amount you donated and that you would like matched
- Under Item 3 make sure “request single match (1:1)” is marked as “Yes”
- Please click “Submit" and follow the prompts to complete your match request
