You probably know that I am a member of the PD Club and have been since 2009. The club membership is not a death sentence but it is a life changer..I credit the work of The APDA with a good portion of my succesful living with this disease. Exercise strategies, medical education such as learning about Deep Brain Stimulation and other programs have made a big difference. I know there are lots of places for your donation budget, but APDA touches many lives and probably many more to come.

Every six minutes someone is diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (PD).
Funds raised enable the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) to continue providing local education, information, and support, as well as critical nationwide virtual programs to keep everyone supported and connected no matter where they live. You will also help fund scientific research into the causes, prevention, treatments, and ultimately a cure.
