We never quit, that’s what we say
Together we work wonders every day.
We help each other to be brave and strong.
We’re ready to face what comes along.
We’re here today to raise some funds
for anyone affected by Parkinson’s.
We’ll meet this challenge and gain some ground
on Parkinson’s disease.
We’re victory bound.

“Cheesy Chants” are short upbeat poems. They are a way for us to be seen, laugh together (poetry in a boxing class??), have another routine which adds to the safety and integrity of the group.

There is strength in numbers and our team hopes you will join us in the fight against Parkinson's disease (PD) by donating today. - Funds raised enable the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) to continue providing local education, information, and support to those touched by PD in our community and fund scientific research into the causes, prevention, treatments, and ultimately the cure.
