When my Mom was diagnosed in 2015, we began engaging with the APDA. The CT Chapter was an immeasurable source of support, education, and comfort, all along Mom's journey.
Mom started walking with The Captain's Crew in 2016. I joined her in 2020. When she could no longer manage it, I walked for her. Now I walk in her memory.
I also walk for the people I love, who became my APDA family. And that family is growing. Every year, I encounter more and more people whose lives have been impacted by Parksinon's. And so I walk for them, too.

- Funds raised enable the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) to continue providing local education, information, and support, as well as critical nationwide virtual programs to keep everyone supported and connected no matter where they live.
