On October 10th I am participating in the St. Louis APDA Optimism Walk. This organization is very important to the St. Louis community in helping to support those with Parkinson's disease. As many of you know, the St. Louis chapter of the APDA was very important to Craig, and it is where I volunteer every Thursday.
Our St. Louis APDA chapter provides local education, support and exercise classes for our local Parkinson's community. Additionally, APDA champions scientific research into the causes, prevention, treatments and uptimately a cure for PD.
There are two ways you can help:
