Here we go again folks, YEAR 3 of doing this amazing bike ride!!!  A little over 103 days and I will be doing the 5-day, 452-mile voyage across Upstate New York's Finger Lake region in the fight to end HIV/AIDS.

This ride has been the pinnacle of my cycling career since I picked up this sport so many years ago.  I have ridden and continue to ride for many causes and benefits that I am passionate about, but this one here has a special place in my heart for many reasons.    

The group of individuals that you see up above in the picture there on this page, are some of the most loving, caring, and also the strongest people I know.  Blood, sweat, and yes even tears are poured into this ride by both cyclists and support team alike.  We laugh, we cry, we reflect on those who are no longer with us because of AIDS and those who are currently suffering from the disease.  We fight for one mission, to help end the HIV/AIDS pandemic.

I sometimes think and wish that I was a miracle worker, some genius scientist, or some exemplary doctor that make things like HIV/AIDS just vanish in an instant.  If I had the knowledge, power, or the know-how to help make this disease exist only in history books, it would be used with every last breath I have.  But, alas, all I am is an IT specialist with a passion for the sport of road cycling and someone with a big heart.  If you give me money to literally pedal my ass off in the hills of Upstate NY to help pay for those miracle workers, doctors, and scientist, to vanquish HIV/AIDS then I will do it, every single mile.

I've started by putting in $100.00 dollars in the pail.  Every dollar and every penny counts.  I need your help ladies and gentlemen to help reach or even EXCEED my goal.  Let's make this happen and help me make Team Wooly a success this year's Trillium HIV/AIDS Red Ribbon Ride!!!
