AT&T and Junior Achievement share a long history- Theodore Vail (AT&T President 1885 – 1889, 1907 – 1919) was a founder of Junior Achievement in 1919. I am proud to continue our tradition by representing AT&T on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Dallas. The Bowl-a-Thon is the primary fundraising event each year which supports JA’s mission to inspire and prepare youth to succeed in the global economy. At AT&T we understand that mission better than most and your actions will bring JA programs directly into 150 schools reaching over 50,000 students in the Dallas area

AT&T’s bowling event will be held on Friday May 25th this year, and we will return to the Bowlmor in Addison. After rocking to the theme of “the 80’s” last year and “the 70’s” the year before, JA chose “the Great Gatsby” for this year’s theme. Your teams are always creative with team names, costumes, and lane decorations- can’t wait to see what they come up with this year. It’s a great opportunity for team building and networking, and we also encourage you to get family and friends involved.
