The Positive Spin Team is made up of Y members, friends, and family who all believe in the Y's cause! We're looking forward to riding in this year's Spin-a-Thon to help everyone in our community live healthier, happier lives.
Our goal is to raise at least $2,000 as a team. What does $2,000 do? With $2,000, the Y can:
Send 10 low-income kids to camp.
Fund a small group of six at-risk middle-school youth and two adult mentors for the duration of the Y's Reach & Rise program.
Subsidize Y memberships for three or four low-income families for an entire year.
Or support a small group of cancer survivors as they work together to regain strength and hope through the Y's Livestrong at the YMCA program.
