We know how much this journey means to us—because it's ours too. We created the Dell Heart Families Facebook community as a space to lean on and learn from one another—a place to find answers, guidance, and support from other local families just like yours, walking this path together every step of the way.

This year, The Children’s Heart Foundation is hosting its first Austin Congenital Heart Walk, and we’ve created a team to get us all out together—championing our warriors, honoring the angels before us, and celebrating where we are in our journeys today.
