Since 2014, Aspiring Youth Academy (AYA) has been a beacon of hope for young dreamers across Arizona. Our mission? To shatter the cycle of poverty by igniting entrepreneurial spirit in today’s young minds. We teach entrepreneurship, leadership, and financial education to teens in our community. Every year, we reach hundreds of teens throughout Maricopa County. 86% of the students we serve qualify as Title 1 students from families at or below the poverty line. These young minds are brimming with ideas, and AYA is here to help them flourish.
Our dynamic programs cater to student’s interests and abilities, offering a range of educational and growth experiences. Through strategic partnerships with experts like Arizona State University, the 20-30 Club of Phoenix, and education and non-profit partners we've crafted programs that are both comprehensive and inspiring. AYA remains committed to nurturing the leaders of tomorrow.
