I heard once that a laugh could heal anything. I wish that statment was true. I can honestly say my nephew Russell has a laugh that is the most full and rich belly laugh. It starts small then becomes his full being. His whole body shakes and his blue eyes light up with his Happiness. If there is a laugh that could heal,my "Heart" tells me that his would close. 

I could not even think of a day in my life that I don't think of his laugh. I am doing this because his life was hard won. My nephew does things on his own time. I want to help other children like my nephew who's laugh and "Spirit" need help to be the Kids/People they were meant to be in this life.
