Declan's Dream Team

This is the 3rd year Declan's Dream Team will be walking to support the neonatal services at Children's Hospital. Declan was born on November 7th, 2012 at just 27 weeks gestation. He weighed 1 lb 12 oz and was only 13 inches long. Declan stayed in the NICU at Children's-St. Paul for 2 months before coming home on January 5th, 2013. He was discharged on oxygen for a month and half. Declan is a true miracle and gift from God. He is now nearly 2 1/2 years old and doing amazing. He had to have tubes put in his ears because he was getting ear infections and bursting his ear drums. Otherwise, Declan is full of happiness, love and life. He is an amazing little boy and we couldn't be more blessed to have such a happy and healthy little boy after having such a rough start to life. Please help Declan's Dream Team in supporting such an amazing team at Children's. Declan wouldn't be where he is today without the NICU team at Children's-St. Paul!
