Success starts with supplies. The new school year begins August 11, and thousands of local students will not have the tools they need to walk into class confident and ready to shine. 

In Central Florida, more than 70% of public schools are considered high-need. Teachers do their best to prepare their classrooms to provide equal access to pencils, notebooks, and other learning essentials – but they shouldn’t have to do it alone. 

Starting a supply drive or making a donation today can change that! You can provide students the tools they need, and teachers the resources to help every child learn.

Serving high-need public schools in Orange and Osceola counties, A Gift for Teaching envisions a future where every student has the tools and experiences they need to succeed. 

Since 1998, A Gift for Teaching has distributed more than $200 million worth of classroom resources that empower educators to inspire future leaders – including pencils, books, backpacks, STEM and art materials, hygiene items, and much more.
