I’m a freshman at Roger Bacon, and I’ve had an amazing experience so far. One of the things I appreciate most is the number and variety of opportunities available to students. I’m excited to be involved in chess club, fine arts and athletics, take honors courses, participate in community service, and discover even more opportunities over the next four years.
I’ve also been really impressed by how much thought goes into preparing us for the future. Even in my first few weeks, I’m learning practical skills that will be useful throughout high school, college, and eventually in the workplace, alongside my regular academic classes. I love that Roger Bacon takes a proactive and individual interest in each of us as students, to help develop our strengths and build so many skills to help us be successful in the future.
