Providence Animal Center is a place near and dear to my heart. First of all it is my place of employment. In December it will be 5 years as a staff member. Prior to that I was a volunteer for 19 months. I can't tell you how many times I've fallen in love with a specific animal. Many of you remember posts I have made about Vern, Bruno, Emmy, Sweetness, Scarlet Begonia, Anna Marie, and many many others. Even more importantly they made it possible for me to adopt the absolute love of my life- Luna! She became a member of the Chubb family over 6 years ago. So clearly I strongly believe in their mission.
Bark in the Park is their big fundraiser for the fall. If you are able, I would ask you to donate whatever you can, even if it is only $1 (lots of $1's add up). Please help support this wonderful place so it can continue to do what it does so well- give dogs and cats a happy home. Thank you.
