This is my first year riding in the Bike-A-Thon. I have been a supporter of Bikes Not Bombs for years, as I have seen its' value to youth in Boston and communities abroad. I am also very pleased that BNB has a new leader who came up through the program, Elijah Evans. This is a model for other youth development programs, to support leadership development from program entry through to organizational leadership roles!

I've set up a team to honor my life partner of 40 years, who passed away from cancer on March 29th. Please join the Friends of John Rowse team - as a rider or donor! John was also a big fan of BNB, and I'm sure he'd be very pleased to see us ride in his memory.
