BayCare Relief Fund
Dear BayCare Team,
I hope you and your family are safe as we navigate through the aftermath of hurricanes Helene and Milton. First and foremost, please know my thoughts and prayers are with all those impacted. I want you to know that BayCare is here to support you, just as you support our community every day.
Our team members are our greatest asset, and without them, we simply couldn’t fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care to the communities we serve. That’s why we’re launching the BayCare Relief Fund, a support program offering relief for team members affected by the storms.
We are all in this together, which is why I have made the first contribution to our relief fund. If you can and would like to join me in helping our BayCare team members recover, BayCare will match every donation 2:1, from $1 to $100,000 per contribution (any amount helps), to ensure every impacted team member has the support needed to recover and rebuild. BayCare is committing up to $10 million in total for our relief fund.
I invite those of you who have not been personally impacted but have the means to help, to join me in lifting our fellow team members.
This is a difficult time, but I have no doubt we will overcome it together. Your strength, dedication and compassion inspire me every day.
