My goal this year is to raise $1,000. 

Help a girl out! Those of you who have played a board game with me know my competitive side. I NEED to be on that Leaderboard. 

But seriously, it's not about me. The money raised funds programs for kids and families in need. Programs such as afterschool programs in low-income neighborhoods, counseling for families in crisis, homelessness prevention and mental health programs. 

If you live in Brooklyn, have visited NYC, or even have taken a subway in any urban area, you know we need these programs to stay afloat. Brooklyn Community Services is a leader in programs for low-income neighborhoods that are innovative, empowering and make a real difference. But we need your help---support from donors is what makes the work possible. And every little bit helps.
