It took me a while to get started as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lorain County, but once I did, it was one of the best decisions Ive ever made!  My little brother, James and I, hit it off from the start.  We were matched in September of 2015 and found out quickly we had a lot in common.  Everything except for our NFL team allegiance.  Yes, he is unfortunately a Steelers Fan!  Thats OK, he's a cool kid otherwise, so I guess I will keep him! 

Donations raised during the Bowl for Kids Sake 2016 are important because they give Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lorain County funding to continue to keep making great matches between Bigs and Littles like me and James.  And the best part is that the money donated stays in our community and makes a difference in our community.
