Join Big Brothers Big Sisters’ annual bowl-a-thon on Sunday, April 3, 2016 to help more kids get the mentors they need. It’s as easy as registering at right and raising funds. 

Bowlers can even support local mentoring as a virtual bowler, or by supporting an existing bowler or team. The event is at:

Bowlers must register to assure a place at the event, and choose their bowling time -- 12 or 2:30 p.m.

Participation in Bowl For Kids’ Sake helps match some of the 40 children on Big Brothers Big Sisters’ waiting list with qualified, trained mentors. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern NJ served 1,056 children last year, and your support helps us serve even more. By forming a team and raising funds, bowlers help bring a child’s wish for a Big Brother or Big Sister closer to reality.

For every $1,000 raised, another mentor-child gets support, and to guarantee the event's success and help as many children possible, bowlers are asked to raise $100 each or $500 per team. Getting there is easier than it seems – just ask a few relatives, friends, neighbors, colleagues, classmates for $5 or $10 or $25, and you’ll reach your goal before you know it!

The day of the event, celebrate your successful support of local kids with friends and family by bowling 2 games (we'll even throw in the shoes), and enjoying pizza, soda and fun give-aways.
