Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rhode Island will host its annual Bowl for Kids’ Sake fundraiser, on Saturday, March 21st, 2026 from 11 AM to 2 PM at Lang’s Bowlarama in Cranston.
Bowl for Kids’ Sake is Big Brothers Big Sisters’ signature fundraiser. Every year, hundreds of people come together to have fun and raise money to create life-changing mentoring relationships for young people here in Rhode Island. Bowl for Kids’ Sake is the fun and easy way for individuals and companies to make an impact on the local community. Together, we can create more positive impact in our communities but it’s going to take a village. Our Village.
The Event Itself!
The event will feature atomic bowling – lasers, music, and dancing! Teams and individuals who go above and beyond are rewarded with experiences, gift cards, and recognition, including R1 Indoor Karting passes for the top team and multiple prizes for the top individual fundraiser who raises over $500.
There are THREE ways to support Bowl For Kids' Sake:
1. Form or Join a Bowling Team
Register as part of a team of up to six bowlers and fundraise leading up to the event. Teams raise a minimum of $600 to bowl, with opportunities to fundraise beyond that and compete for top prizes. Teams can sell entries into our Big Ticket Raffle to boost their fundraising totals! Email Trish at Tricia@BigsRI.org for more info.
2. Sponsor a Mentoring Match or Lane
Community partners and supporters can sponsor a Mentoring Match to participate in the event or sponsor an entire lane for three Mentoring Matches to enjoy the bowling experience together.
3. Donate
Support Bowl For Kids’ Sake by making a donation to the event or to a specific bowling team.
