I have been fortunate to be involved wtih the Boys and Girls Club of Indianapolis for close to 15 years. They make a huge difference in the lives of thousands of at risk youth in our city's toughest neighborhoods. They provide not only a safe place for kids to go and a warm meal(s) every day, but also educational support and their staff are often one of the few caring adults in these children's lives. They stepped up big time during this pandemic to open their doors for virtual learning, providing computers, wifi and meals for kids who needed it. They are there to listen, to support and to help kids during this difficult time which has impacted their communities the hardest. They don't shy away from discussions about racial injustice, financial hardship and mental or physical health because they are on the front lines having these conversations. They need our help now more than ever and your help will make a huge impact for so many. I appreciate your help in supporting this terrific organization and most importantly these kids!
Who We Are and How You Can Help!
For over 127 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis have provided a safe and nurturing place for young people to grow, learn and be celebrated. The Clubs have given them a voice and provided them with the necessary tools and mentorship they need to reach their full potential.
Your support helps us continue to provide these positive changes in Indianapolis' youth. Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis charges a small fee of $25 for a child's annual membership, yet we invest more than $600 in each of our Club members. Help us fill the gap this Giving Tuesday. Please consider a gift to fund a future…when you think about it, that’s such a small investment for the return of hope, security, and happiness.
This is what your gift can do:
$25 - Pays one child's annual membership
$50 - Pays one child's summer only membership
$250 - Pays ten kids' annual memberships
$600 - Sponsors full cost of one child's annual membership
$2,500 - Fund an entire day for all kids
We need your support to continue to shape Indianapolis' youth.
