The STEM Conference is specifically for 4th - 9th grade students.

About BGC Mercer:

Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County provides young people ages 5-18, with educational, social, and recreational activities. Our programs, offered after school  and over the summer, focus on combatting the education gap and teaching youth to develop social and leadership skills. Our mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.

Phytoplankton:  Jewels of the Delaware River - Explore the Delaware River and learn how to collect, process, and examine the planktonic community.
Polygraph Science -  Explore how the polygraph detects physiological responses to lying.
The Diagnostic Detectives – Learn about urine testing, identifying cancer, blood typing and clinal microbiology. 
Thermochromic Slime - Explore, create and slime around with the most entertaining and useful molecule known to science...polymers.
