Why I care!!!

BNB is important to me for several reasons: 1. they take an important role in making streets safer for bicyclists by working with the city to design and implement bike lanes; 2. BNB provides education and inspiration to young people in our community to teach critical skills in bike mechanics, safety, and leadership; 3. BNB’s original mission to rebuild bikes and send them to places where transportation is lacking – in Central America, Africa – is core to the work they do regularly. All these roles resonate with my own sense of values and my own personal mission.
