Thank You for Riding With Us!
All of us at Bikes Not Bombs extend our heartfelt thanks and congratulations to you for supporting our 38th Annual Bike-A-Thon on June 8th! It was truly a special day for Bike Not Bombs friends, youth, staff, volunteers, and supporters to come together, in solidarity, to build a more just, equitable, and sustainable world, from the ground up. 255 riders and 28 teams rode for social change on a beautiful June day! Thanks to your support, we were able to raise over $140,000 - and still counting!
Here are some of the highlights from the 2025 Bike-A-Thon:
- 70 people rode the 10-mile Emerald Necklace route;
- 102 people rode 35 miles; and
- 93 people rode 50 miles!
- 100+ volunteers helped organize, serve food, and more!
- Three musical acts, six artists, two community partners, and three sponsors joined us at our after-party!
Donations continue to come in and fundraising will close by end-of-day Saturday, June 30th. Thank you so much for your hard work and your awesome fundraising efforts!
A special thank you to our sponsors who make this event possible, year after year! Thank you to our Champion sponsor, Brodie & Brodie; our Trailblazer sponsors Bluebikes, Jeffrey Glassman Law Firm, Pedro's, and Troxus; our Leader sponsor, Sam Adams; and our Rider sponsors, City Feed, Equal Exchange, Foodie's Markets, Grillo's Pickles, J.P. Licks, Nashoba Brook Bakery, Tropical Foods Supermarket, and Ula Cafe! A special shout-out for the pre-ride bike check support from Pedro's and the Troxus e-bike giveaway!
As a reminder, riders who reached certain fundraising benchmarks by ride day will be receiving their fundraising incentives soon! Keep an eye out for an email with more details in the upcoming weeks.
For riders who registered & fundraised but couldn’t attend the Bike-A-Thon on event day, we have t-shirts for you! Please reach out for more information.
Huge thank you to our Bike Shop staff for their hard work getting riders ready to ride!
