This is my yearly pitch for fundraising for the Bikes not Bombs Bike-a-thon. It's something I've done every year for over 15 years … except for last year! I feel super bad about missing it since otherwise I've been a consistent fundraiser for so long, so I'd like to make up for it this year. And, I'm excited to be coming back to Jamaica Plain for the actual event on June 8, a place we long called home.

Bikes not Bombs has been "using the bicycle as a vehicle for social change" for decades now and has become the model for urban youth programs and vocational training, as well as international aid partnerships, all fostering community health, sustainable transportation and recreation both at home in Boston and around the world.
