We are super psyched that Bikes Not Bombs (BNB) is hosting its 39th annual Bike-A-Thon this year and I want to invite you to join or support our team: Random Acts of Cycling.
2026 has already been a year of continued momentum and accelerated growth for BNB. With an increasing recognition of the central role bikes play in an equitable and sustainable future for our city and world, demand for BNB’s services and teachings is at an all-time high.
Youth development, international partners, and the bike shop remain the core programs all focused on the bicycle as a vehicle of social change, and racial justice is front and center in the organization’s ultimate aim to achieve economic mobility for Black and other marginalized people in Boston and the around the world.
For those of us with privilege, supporting BNB is an opportunity to be part of the coming of a new and more just era in our society. And it starts by getting on a bike!
