My Personal Fundraising Page

Biking !!!100 miles!!!! to fundraise for Bikes Not Bombs, a rad local organization in Jamaica Plain, Boston. Bikes Not Bombs does everything ranging from youth leadership development to affordable bike repairs to refurbishing old bikes to shipping bikes to less-developed regions.

I love this organization because biking has been a central part of my growth and Bikes Not Bombs facilitates that for other young people. My parents raised me loving to ride my bike. So when I went to college and became more stressed about how to address climate change, I decided to travel only by bicycle across New England to help build a movement against new fossil fuel infrastructure in the region. That summer showed me how freeing, empowering, and carbon-free riding a bike is. Bikes are the vehicle of social change and Bikes Not Bombs demonstrates that in the most sustainable and responsible way possible! Please contribute to my fundraising page so we can support a community-oriented, youth and people of color centered group that is doing real good.
