Help me support Bike Not Bombs, a great local organization that uses bikes as a vehicle for social change. Each year they collect thousands of bikes which they ship overseas to aid in economic development projects. They also run youth programs to help teens learn bike safety and mechanical skills while working to earn a bike themselves.
The core values of Bikes Not Bombs are to address the root causes of inequality, violence, and oppression and to support the self-empowerment of individuals and communities as a means to achieve sustainable, effective social change.
This is either my 5th or 6th time doing this great ride. It is a great way to come together to support our local community, celebrate friendship, and go on a beautiful ride. I would be honored if you donate to support my ride and this great organization!
