Thank You to Our Event Sponsors

The Black Cat Bash is our annual Halloween fundraising event for ages 21 and up. It’s a party you do not want to miss! For the first time in years, 2026 will be a ticketed IN-PERSON event, but we will still have our beloved Online Silent Auction!

If you attend in person, you will not only be able to see all these incredible items to bid on in person, but you will be treated to a pasta bar (including vegan and gluten free options), two complimentary drink tickets, a cash bar, music, and tons of fun! The event will feature incredible silent auction items, raffles, a wine pull game, and a costume contest for anyone who wishes to participate. Dress code is costumes or casual party clothes.

But don't worry! If you can't make the event in-person, you can still help the cats by bidding on our silent auction items by registering as a virtual participant. And if you are attending the event in person, you can claim your winnings at the end of the evening!

What are max bids?

If you want to make sure you win an item without needing to check in constantly, set a max bid! You select the highest amount you are willing to pay and givi will automatically outbid other donors for you until it reaches your limit.

For example, if the next highest bid on an item is $50, but you are willing to pay $100, you can say $100 as a MAX BID. This will keep your bid at $50, but if someone tries to outbid you at $60 (bids go up in $5, $10, or $20 increments), the system will automatically bid $70 on your behalf. This will continue until a bid over $100 comes in.
