Hi, Friends!

We're all looking for ways to make a difference, right here, right now. So here is what you can do:

Join us in signing up for a monthly donation to BMAC. 

Here is the stark reality: the need for help in our valley, our home, is greater than ever, and the funds are fewer than ever. We need to step up. We can't wait for things to change, because the kids need to be fed now.

A steady source of money that BMAC can count on is our goal.

We're all busy (even retired folks like us!) but we're strong believers in doing what we can. So do this. 

We're hoping to get 10 friends to sign up with us. If we each give $5/mo, that's a nice $660/year. But I'm going to speak to you from the heart: we can't save everyone, but let's save Walla Walla. If we each give $100/mo, that's $13,200/year. (And let me tell you that that is a drop in the bucket of what they had, and what they still need.) 

If you have kids, how about using this as a way for them to help? What better way to teach about being a helper than this? (Like Mr. Rogers always said, "Look for the helpers.")

If you're an old codger like us, then don't let the activism of your youth fade -- do this!
