Hi! My name is Ella Weaver and I am a senior at Boston College. I am studying Finance with a minor in Managing for Social Impact. I hope to go to law school after graduation and to teach one day! I fell in love with running during these past 3 years at BC and am so grateful for the opportunity to run the Boston Marathon this year. I worked as a camp counselor at a school for kids with learning challenges, and was inspired by the mission of empowering kids to live full and meaningful lives. I also volunteered at a children's hospital in my hometown, and saw the impact that kindness, hope, opportunity, and fun can have on anyone struggling. I am now incredibly excited to be running for an amazing foundation that uplifts the community affected by autism. For Boston!!!

To edit any piece of your page, click the gear icon in the top right corner of each content box. Be sure to click "Update" at the bottom and then save on the bottom left of the page to ensure everything saves!
To hide any element on the page, click the eye icon in the top right corner of each content box.
To move a section, click and drag any item to a different part of the page. Hover over the section until you see a grey box show up and then you can let go.
Edit your story. In this text box, you can delete all of this wording and tell donors about why you are running the 2023 Boston Marathon. I suggest dragging an image from your files directly into the content box. Sometimes the “insert image” button can be hard to use.
