On April 20th, Emily Manion will run the Boston Marathon to support the Attleboro Y’s cause for strengthening the community.

Looking back on her Attleboro YMCA experience, from her first swim lesson at 6 months old through countless basketball games, summer camp, her first job as a Y referee, learning from her YMCA mentors, and now her return to marathon running after becoming a mom, Emily is excited to give back to the Y and the community that shaped so much of who she is today. She knows firsthand that the Y delivers impactful programs and services to help young people achieve their full potential and to empower people of all ages to lead healthier, happier lives.
