Bos/tréal is a weeklong bike tour and fundraiser that benefits the Boston Cyclists Union’s efforts to improve biking for everyone in Boston. I'll be biking nearly 400 miles over five days to make it all the way to Montréal!

The State Meal of Oklahoma: includes cornbread, barbecued pork, chicken-fried steak, sausage with biscuits and gravy, black-eyed peas, corn, fried okra, grits, and squash, and pecan pie, and strawberries.
Cuban: includes ropa vieja, lechón asado, picadillo, tostones, congrí, and flan.
Teppanyaki/Hibachi: I actually haven't thought this one thru but I'll break out the flat top and embarrass myself trying to put on a show.
A Really Big Brunch
