Back in the saddle for the 10th Anniversary BOS/TRÉAL!
Hey y’all,
I’ve had the privilege of being accepted again as a rider to raise money for the Boston Cyclists Union (BCU) on this year’s BOS/TRÉAL!a 5-day bike-camping adventure from Boston to Montreal to celebrate and raise awareness for better bike infrastructure in the Northeast. Last year I didn't know that much about the BCU's Mission in Boston, and have had the chance to learn more about their efforts!
Your donations go directly to the Boston Cyclists Union, which works to improve both cycling and pedestrian infrastructure. To quote the late, great Mayor Thomas Menino: "Cars are no longer king."
I’m alive today because I can mostly avoid cars on my trips around Boston, thanks to a dedicated network of infrastructure that has been weathering a lot of abuse lately. The BCU defends existing infrastructure and advocates for more of it. Bostreal is the BCU’s biggest fundraiser every year, and this year marks 10 years of trips and roughly $630,000 raised to date. Help us go big for this milestone anniversary!
The Boston Cyclists Union is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, which means your contribution is tax-deductible.
