Hey, thanks for checking out my page! I have been living in the wonderful city of Boston for 7 years now, and have used a bike as my primary method of transportation for most of that time. I love biking around the city, and enjoy working to make Boston a safer, more accessible place for everyone to be able to bike. That's where the Boston Cyclists Union comes in. The BCU is the main bike advocacy organization in the city, and works tirelessly to improve biking in Boston. I have volunteered with them for over two years now, so I can assure you they are good people who do good work. In fact, my profile picture is from a protest organized by BCU, where I was interviewed by local news. 

Bos/tréal is the BCU's annual fundraising and community building ride. As a volunteer-driven non-profit, individual donations are key to fund their advocacy campaigns, community events, and of course, this ride! Bos/tréal involves around 50 BCU supporters riding the 400 miles from Boston to Montréal over the course of five days. This would be the longest bike journey I've ever done, so I am very excited and (slightly) intimidated.
