hello! If you're reading this, you likely are very familiar with me & my lifelong connection to doing fun and challenging things on bicycles, and my deep committment to advocating for safe and reliable bicycle infrastructure in Boston and its surrounding areas. I grew up using a bicycle as my transportation and, in my formative years, learned to get around the city before bike lanes were the norm. I had my share of run-ins with cars, and have known countless friends with similar or worse horror stories of needless, near-death experiences from just trying to safely get from point A to point B. The infrastructure in Boston has immenseley improved in the last 15 years, and will undoubtedly improve exponentially in the near future, but not without enormous cost- which is where the Boston Cyclists Union comes in - being the powerful voice to help convince city & state policymakers to fund bike paths, promoting cycling as a fun alternative to driving, tirelessly working to improve the road experience for all of us folks on bikes- handing out free lights to those who need them, hosting free bike repair events, and continuously looking for areas in need of improvement. 

I'm so excited to be joining the Boston Cyclists Union on their annual fundraising ride where we travel as a group up to Montreal, camping along the way. I hope you'll join me in helping make the world a little safer for folks on bikes!
