It has been one year since Ben started working or Junior Achievement and Tidy by Desiree learned about JA's mission to educate, inspire, and empower the youth of Nashville about economics, entrepreneurship, personal finance, workforce readiness, and other skills that students need to succeed in the real world.

These are things I certainly wish I'd learned about when I was growing up and I think many of us can agree most young people only begin learning these lessons when it is entirely too late. It can feel confusing and overwhelming. Junior Achievement aims to bring solid lessons to kids in classrooms across the state.

The work I do with Tidy by Desiree and Your Totally Joy Sparking Life aims to help people create lives and home spaces that empower and inspire them to live more organized, free, authentic, and joy-filled lives. I also teach yoga to children. I LOVE that I share JA's interest in helping kids look at the world in new ways.
