I'm proud to be on staff at JA of Central Virginia, part of the world’s largest organization - Junior Achievement - dedicated to preparing students for success in the global economy. We do this through the development of financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work-readiness skills in the students we serve.
Our small staff of 10 works with nearly 3,000 volunteers each year to deliver JA programs to over 25,000 students in the greater Richmond area. We touch over 160 schools across Central Virginia. And in the last 50 years, we have served 450,000 students!
We rely on the support of our volunteers to teach JA programs to Virginia's K-12 youth and we rely on our donors to help make our mission possible. The Richmond region's youth truly need YOU to help them achieve their future economic success.
