This is the 7th year DHG has had teams participate in the Junior Achievement Bowl for JA event and it's an amazing experience. It provides an opportunity to bond with co-workers and, more importantly, raise money for an amazing organization. The Bowl for JA event is the main fundraising event Junior Achievement has each year to provide programs at no charge for over 25,000 students.

I have personally volunteered for the JA in a Day and Finance Park programs and have seen first hand the amazing opportunities Junior Achievement is giving Central Virginia's youth. Having financial literacy at a young age can do wonders for the life of a child that will be an adult in society before we know it. Junior Achievement does everything it can to provide young adults knowledge to help them be more successful.
