I'm starting to lose count of how many years I've participated in Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) largest fundraiser of the year, Bowl for Kids Sake (BFKS). What started out as a fun night of bowling with some friends who were regular supporters of BBBS eventually turned into a family match and then volunteering on the BBBS board of directors. As a both a "Big" and board member I've seen first hand the positive effect MENTORSHIP has on the youth in our community. During this fundraising window, I hope I might influence you to get to know this organization better and learn about its incredible impact. I'll be asking for your dollars to help keep this organization going, but I also hope to encourage you to get INVOLVED. These kids who are part of our program need people like You to give them your time, your support and your friendship.
