I was first introduced to Emotions Matter at the Walk for BPD back in 2018. I knew immediately that Emotions Matter’s mission and this event was something I wanted to support. I was blown away by the sense of community and acceptance that I felt. I signed up to volunteer immediately. Four years later, I have the honor of being the Master of Ceremonies (MC) and a speaker at this year’s Walk for BPD. 

Emotions Matter has been keeping me positive and strong all this time! I could not imagine my life without the fulfillment of helping others with BPD through Emotions Matter. Every year, the Walk for BPD inspires and encourages me to stay focused on my wellness despite the bumps in the road.

I want to share this special moment with my friends and family. By raising awareness about BPD, all of us who are struggling can feel more accepted and understood. It would mean the world to me if you joined us in person.
