I'm raising money for Brooklyn Kindergarten Society!
I’m thrilled to be running the 2026 NYC Marathon on behalf of the Brooklyn Kindergarten Society! This race is especially meaningful to me because it marks the official end to my collegiate running career at Saint Anselm and the start of one of my lifelong goals. I feel connected to BKS's mission because I am going to be teaching kindergarten in the fall. I am so proud to support our youngest students from New Hampshire to New York!
A little about the cause- BKS was founded in 1891, and for over a century, BKS has helped provide high-quality early childhood education to working families. BKS operates seven early childhood centers throughout the Central Brooklyn neighborhoods of Bedford Stuyvesant, Brownsville, and Crown Heights.
Team BKS will help to raise funds that will support early childhood education. BKS provides high-quality early childhood education and family support services, ensuring that children develop the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills to succeed in kindergarten and beyond
